Jennifer Vaitkus
Family Law Paralegal
Jen provides an integral link between solicitor and client during a case. She works
with our lawyers in managing and conducting parts of the file, liaises directly
with our clients on a day to day basis and undertakes much of the ground work.
By working with our lawyers throughout the matter, our clients are always assured
a knowledgeable and understanding contact during occasions when the lawyer is at
court, in conferences or away from the office.
Jen plays a major role in assisting clients with issues which arise as a result
of separation, such as divorce. She conducts these files in an efficient and cost
effective manner and will work with clients to finalise these matters quickly and
painlessly.
Jen particularly enjoys working in the family law section because she has the opportunity
to work with our clients and support them through what can be a difficult time.
Jen is paralegal to Tony Phillips who is an accredited specialist, working particularly
on complex property and children's matters. She has worked in family law since
2007 and is a valuable member of the Murdochs team.
