
Kristy Fuge
Senior Lawyer
Kristy was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2006. Prior to her admission and
during undergraduate studies, Kristy worked as a trainee solicitor exclusively in
family law. Since admission, Kristy has worked as a legal Deputy Associate to (former)
Federal Magistrate Wilson and at the Office of the Information Commissioner in administrative
law.
Kristy works closely with one of our family law accredited specialists, Tony Phillips,
in all aspects of family law and de facto relationships. She has particular interest
in complex parenting matters, property settlement and domestic violence issues.
Kristy has a detailed knowledge of the Court processes involved in family law matters
and understands the financial and emotional impacts of litigation on parties and
their children. She is committed to achieving a high level of client care with a
focus on practical and cost-effective outcomes.
Kristy is a member of the Queensland Family Law Practitioners Association and the
Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
